LFD Takes Second; Juniors Take First

The Lynbrook Fire Department, led by Chief Edward Hynes came in second place in the Annual Fourth Battalion Parade which was held on Saturday evening, June 22, 2013, in Rockville Centre.  The Lynbrook Junior Fire Department took first place as did the band from Our Lady of Good Counsel.  RVCFD won the parade. 

On the night before, the Lynbrook FD Tumblers Tournament Team participated in the Second, Third and Fourth Battalion Drill which was hosted by the Freeport FD and held at Baldwin's Training Facility.  The Tumblers placed second in the Fourth Battalion and fourth place overall.
